We booked through AGODA 60 days ahead and received confirmation, but when we called the day before, the hotel said we had to cancel and book directly or they wouldn’t accommodate us. That’s extremely unprofessional management. Don’t trust the paid reviews you see here. Without going there first, you could end up suffering.

The bedsheets and blankets weren’t properly clean, and the service was zero. The rooms are okay, but the bathrooms are really small. This hotel used to be a hospital.

The rooms and hotel are average, but the staff are excellent. For couples, it’s the best hotel in Jamshedpur.
