The housekeeping staff are good, but the front office management is very unprofessional. If I ever get to meet the owner, I’d explain the unprofessional behavior that’s been happening here. I’ve stayed here frequently, but I’m going to stop. They’re also very unpunctual, and they raise or lower rates, among other things. I want to speak to the owner and have tried to reach him.

The Legacy Hotel in Jamshedpur seems to offer comfortable rooms, good food, and excellent service. Staff are said to be welcoming and attentive, and the amenities include spacious rooms with modern features, complimentary WiFi, and a daily buffet breakfast. Jubilee Park and Tata Steel Zoological Park are nearby. There are mixed reports about the location, which some guests feel could be better, and a few people have mentioned problems with room cleaning.

The food was amazing, and the prices were pretty decent. Staff were welcoming, especially the FO team, apart from the night shift guy. Pintu and Ganesh in F&B were very helpful, and the security people were surprisingly good. It’s a new property with great service, and I’d recommend it for family or work stays. Pest control could use some attention. Please keep up the caring service.

I was completely satisfied with the room, service, and location. The hotel is very close to Tatanagar Railway Station, and autos were easy to find nearby. I asked for an early check-in around 08:00 AM and checkout at 02:00 PM, and the person at reception offered a decent deal that worked well for me. It was a short stay, but exceeded my expectations. The room was neat, clean, and well arranged, with positive vibes as soon as I walked in. My simple order of dal fry, steamed rice, and green salad without onion and garlic was exactly what I expected. The waitress was polite and looked professional. The food was nice too.
