The room was spacious, clean, and had modern amenities, and I was comfortable during my stay. The location was convenient too. But after I made several requests, they still refused to provide the Sony TV channel in my room, number 102. I found that ridiculous, especially for a hotel described as three-star on its homepage. Their attitude toward guests is why I personally wouldn’t suggest staying here.

The food was fine and reasonably priced compared with other hotels and restaurants, which was a plus. My room was okay, though a little small, and the basic interiors looked decent. The hotel itself is modest in size. Its location is the main drawback: it’s a bit off-route, with little to see nearby and tourist attractions quite far away. It could work for a work trip, but I wouldn’t choose it for a vacation.

Good food overall and pretty good room service. It’s a decent hotel for a short stay. One thing to keep in mind: breakfast is in the basement, and there’s no lift, so it’s not a good fit for people with walking difficulties.

The room was maintained and the rest of the service was good, but check-in took 50 minutes because of document verification. The receptionist, Mansi, was very cold and rude.

The location is peaceful, near Miraj cinema and behind police line golmuri, and you can book a cab online. Everything was neat and clean, including the good room and bathroom. They also provide basic amenities and disposable slippers for the room.
