The spacious rooms were the only real positive. I stayed two nights, from 27th Dec to 29h Dec, and the property seemed badly understaffed. A manager was often away from the desk and phone, while a single service worker was left cooking, delivering to rooms, cleaning, and dusting. On the first day, we only got the complimentary breakfast after following up three times and going to the kitchen ourselves. It was half a plate of poha and tea. The second day, the room service was incomplete: they cleared the waste bin but didn’t change the bedsheet, dust, or clean the washroom. Even after repeated requests, we didn’t get water, tea and coffee pouches, cups, or glasses. We requested breakfast at 8.15am. At 10.30am, as I was leaving and had said I’d go out for breakfast, they finally prepared it. I objected to poha, so they gave me two parathas with tomato ketchup. There was no tea because the cook said it would take time. He asked us to complain to the manager about staffing and said he couldn’t do everything alone. Nothing else about the stay was good.
