There was no Wi-Fi or hot water, and I’d recommend avoiding this hotel. I stayed in room number 211, where the strong urine smell throughout the room made the stay very unpleasant and unhygienic, as if someone had urinated on the bed. Please make sure it’s thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before assigning it to guests.

This place needs a serious upgrade. There was a leaking faucet, a dirty bathroom, stained bed sheets, dust all over the furniture, and plenty of mosquitoes.

The staff were polite and quick to help with guests’ concerns, and the restaurant food was high quality. The rooms also feel upscale for the affordable rates, with views toward the hill and the national highway. Set near the Pardih Chowk crossing in Jamshedpur, the hotel has attractive interiors throughout, from the grand entrance facade to the reception lobby.

It looks appealing from outside and the location is great, but my room was in poor condition and the food was below par. The service disappointed too. The stay didn’t live up to expectations, so I wouldn’t recommend it for a pleasant visit.

The towel was dirty, the AC barely cooled and made a lot of noise, and there was no WiFi. There was no hot water either, just a geyser rod to heat water in a bucket.
