The rooms are clean and the location is in a good area, but the reception staff's manner is poor. They act as if they're giving the room away for free. They need to improve how they treat guests and the food quality.

Finding the place at night was a real hassle. Yesterday, coming back from Sakchi, the hotel sign lights were off, so we missed it and drove around Q road several times before spotting it. The location on the main road is otherwise good, and the service is excellent. The rooms are very small and there's barely any room to store your things.

The worst part was a safety issue in the bathroom. I turned on the hot water tap, which was connected directly to the geyser, and got an electric shock from it. I reported everything to reception, but they wouldn't accept what had happened. I said I couldn't stay because it was a safety concern, then they demanded extra money since I'd checked in and used the room. After a lot of harassment, I finally left and went to the nearby Ginger hotel. Before that, despite having no other guests in the lobby, I had to wait a long time for someone to help me check in after a full day working at different sites. This was the worst experience and service I've had in the Jamshedpur area, and the staff's behavior was disgusting.

The service is so bad. If you need to check out in the middle of the night, staff may be asleep, won't answer calls, or won't come to handle the checkout.
