Jhansi Fort was an easy walk from the hotel, about 10 minutes away, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were three friends on holiday and stayed for two nights. The food tasted good, though it was expensive. We had a good stay.

The drinking water bottle was charged separately despite the high room tariff. Staff seemed poorly trained, service was disgraceful, and management was unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend this low-class hotel. Staying here won't make you feel happy.

We arrived at SWAD Restaurant quite late for lunch, around 3pm, but everything we ordered was available and tasted rich. The prices could be a little lower.

The bathroom was very dirty, and room service stopped answering calls after 11 PM. They gave us one room price over the phone, then charged more when we got to the hotel. Service was very poor.

I spent some time here during my stay in jhansi. The service quality changed under the new manager, who was impolite and unprofessional. The previous manager had been good and professional.
