Hotel Paramount Suites & Service Apartments

After a two-night stay, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to family or friends. The service was below par despite all the hype, and at this price you can find better facilities elsewhere. The staff also need to be more courteous. Mr Shetty, the owner, had promised not to charge for early check-in because my train was delayed by over two hours, but they charged me a penalty anyway. That left me with no trust in the management.

I visited on 23-December-2025 and wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a family. The rooms weren’t cleaned properly and the toilet was in terrible condition. Tea bags and milk cream packs were due to expire in two weeks. Breakfast was poor quality, with only two choices, and the staff seemed uninterested in customer satisfaction.

I’m giving two stars for the clean, well-kept room and the easy-to-reach location. The hospitality, though, was nonexistent. I’d booked two nights and paid a one-day advance, but the receptionist said we only had the room for one day and told us to leave. I showed him the message confirming my two-day booking, but he gave no explanation and didn’t even apologize.

We booked well ahead through agoda, but they refused to give us the room. Then they tried to offer one offline at a higher price. MR Shetty was rude and put us in a difficult situation. This was awful service and not trustworthy at all. Please don’t book here.
