For the price, the experience felt pretty average, and I expected a cleaner room even for a short visit. I was there for just a brief 3-hour window. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were professional and well behaved, but the room had a weird, off-putting smell. Cleanliness wasn’t up to par, and the bathroom was average.

The location was convenient and easy to reach, which helped with commuting, but that’s the only positive I can think of. I stayed for 3 days and found cockroaches moving around the room, especially at night. It was uncomfortable and unacceptable, and made the stay stressful instead of relaxing. The room wasn’t properly cleaned at check-in, housekeeping remained very poor, the bathroom was unhygienic, the bedsheets didn’t feel fresh, and maintenance was lacking overall. A good location can’t make up for hygiene and pest problems. I wouldn’t recommend staying here without significant improvements to cleanliness and maintenance.

Much better than the reviews suggested. Check-in was smooth, and the convenient location made it easy to get around the city. The room and washroom were clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite, helpful, and quick to respond when we needed anything.

Lokesh and Said llf gave me a lot of attention and guidance for travel around the local area, and I’m grateful to them. I stayed for a week in a quite large room with full service. It’s right in the core centre of the city, so I highly recommend it.

We were treated like royalty at Hotel Mangalore International. Mr. Abhishek, the front office manager, and his team went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were so friendly and welcoming that the stay was unforgettable. A big thank you to Mr. Abhishrk and the team for making it special. Highly recommended for the warm hospitality and excellent service.
