Hotel Rajdhani Inn & Suites

The food was the highlight. The chicken ghee roast and squid ghee roast were both full of rich, authentic flavor and cooked just right. We had an amazing time dining here, too. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and welcoming, making sure we had what we needed.

Everything else was decent, and the staff were okay, nothing special but manageable. The room was good, though the hotel is quite far from the city. If you want to explore Mangalore, expect around 20-25 minutes of travel to most places.

The only thing that worked well was being about ten minutes from the airport, which helped since we had an early flight. We stayed one night on 7th Feb, and the room looked neat, but it had bed bugs. My child and I got a rash. There were also loads of ants that got into the food we brought, so we kept checking our bags because it was scary. The staff didn’t understand anything except Kannada, and service was a constant problem. No toiletries were provided, the kettle didn’t work, and we checked in around 2 pm but the TV wasn’t working until 6 pm. Even then, only YouTube worked. The worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in.

We ordered and the food was on the table within five minutes, the quickest service you can imagine. It was delicious, too. Loved the place, definitely worth trying.
