I’ve never come across such a terrible hotel. There weren’t even bedsheets in the room, and forget drinking water, there was no service of any kind.

The room was dirty and much smaller than I expected, with a bad smell and an unhygienic bathroom. There was no RO water or even basic amenities, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. My stay at Khard place was disappointing from the start. The booking process felt deceptive, and they asked me for extra fees that weren’t in the booking details. I’d strongly advise against staying at Khard palace. The poor service, pricing, and unsanitary conditions make it a terrible accommodation choice. You can find good hotels in Orchha, or ask taxi drivers.

The staff weren’t cordial and didn’t deal with my complaints. My booking included complimentary breakfast, but they offered no breakfast option. The room was dim and unclean, with a stale smell and lights that didn’t work properly. The fan was very slow, and there was no water in the bathroom in the morning. I’d choose somewhere else.

The owner misrepresented the place. Don’t book here and pay in advance. There was no electricity and it wasn’t clean. Oyo won’t refund you if you’ve paid before arriving. Beware.

The rooms were filthy, with used condoms lying around, and the toilets and towel were dirty too. They refused to change the bed sheet. There was no service. 🤮🤮🤮🤮
