We only stayed a few hours after arriving early, then left that afternoon to find another hotel where we could have a peaceful stay. It wasn’t worth the price. The place is a homestay in poor condition, and the photos give the wrong impression. There’s just one caretaker handling everything, and the owner stays downstairs, with a lot of their belongings visible on the way to the stairs. Our terrace suite had a living room, but the bathroom was outside the bedroom at the far end, so it was a long walk. Water pressure at the taps and faucets was very low. Privacy and security were also lacking: the bedroom and living room doors were see-through glass, and anyone could easily get in using the stairs.

HariOm ji, the manager, deserves a special mention. He’s wonderful and handles everything like a king. The staff were polite and welcoming, and we were looked after so well during our family stay. The property is well maintained and right in the city, with lots of fun and enjoyment for families. I truly loved the place and our trip, and would definitely suggest staying here in Udaipur. 🙃💓

Breakfast was delicious and the ambience was really nice. The staff were very friendly too, but they need to improve room service: ours wasn’t serviced for three days, and the geyser didn’t work. Meeting the friendly cows Ganga and Jamuna was a wonderful experience. Thanks, The VAAG, for that. This is just an honest review, not an escalation.

We paid ₹7,000 in advance for a two-day, seven-bedroom package. Two days after booking, management said they were overbooked and could give us only five bedrooms, which wasn’t acceptable for our group. After we complained, they offered another seven-bedroom resort under their management. We confirmed, then got another call saying that place was overbooked too and unavailable. In the end, they refunded the full amount, but the whole process was stressful, a waste of time, and very unprofessional. Poor planning, communication, and reliability. We had a really bad experience and wouldn’t recommend booking here if you want peace of mind.
