The staff were warm and trustworthy, and I had no problems at all. I came to the city for admission and left my luggage there for a week to collect later. It was a nice stay.

Everything I needed was there, and the rooms were clean. The staff were very helpful too. I'd recommend this place to people coming from out of town. I had a really good stay.

The food options were nice, and the service was prompt during a comfortable stay. Heavy rain had knocked out electricity in the area, but the hotel had generators, so we weren't affected. I'd definitely recommend it.

I booked a room for five days at 2000 per day and paid the 5000 advance the hotel representative requested. Because of unavoidable circumstances, I told the manager well ahead of time that I wouldn't be occupying the room. He assured me I'd get a refund, but despite repeated requests, nothing came. I also sent the owner a detailed WhatsApp message asking for the money back and got no response. This was an unsatisfactory, bad experience with Hotel Patiala Inn and felt unfair and unprofessional. Be cautious, and don't rely only on glowing reviews. The reality is different.
