Don't book here, stay safe, I'm saying again, don't book at all. The staff are all fraudsters and scammers, mannerless people who even tried to scare and threaten me. They showed one room during booking, then forcefully changed it after I booked. They charged me 800 extra and didn't provide bedshits. I'd say stay at the railway station rather than book this hotel. I've filed a complaint with the hotel association, let's hope for justice.

The room was not clean at all, and it was full of mosquitoes and tobacco spit everywhere. Not good.

Reasonably priced rooms, but the service isn't up to the mark. A budget option for a business trip.

The free breakfast was good, and the bathroom was cleaner than the room. I stayed in one of OYO's rooms opposite Jharsuguda station. The room wasn't maintained well and was full of cigarette butts, and the AC didn't work. Regular room cleaning would make things better.

The price shown when booking this hotel differs from what they ask for at check-in. They complain about the low booking tariff and demand more money. I strongly suggest not booking this hotel online, or you may waste valuable time dealing with bad behavior at reception. Hotel payal, please don't do this. Your guests are more sophisticated than you think and can book other hotels too. I literally don't want to give you even one star, you deserve a negative rating.
