The staff were poor and needy, but they worked hard, and I pray for them. My experience with the owner was the opposite, and it was deeply upsetting. I arrived at 00.50 in the early morning after a 28 hour journey, with my wife and my mother-in-law, who is over 70 and has trouble walking. Because of her, I'd booked a first-floor room with an attached bathroom. They put us on the third floor, and none of the rooms had an attached toilet. The place wasn't hygienic, and it's in a remote village where vehicles are hard to find. When I explained that we couldn't manage the third floor because of the older woman, the owner said, "If you want to stay, stay, otherwise get out right now. I don't need you." I was shocked by how arrogant and rude he was, and by being insulted in front of my family. It was -8 degrees during Mahakumbh, and that treatment after such a long journey was painful and disturbing. I'll never forget it. Please be careful and don't trust blindly if you're travelling with family.

The rooms were okay, though nothing special, and the place seems newly built or still under development. It's around 500m from the main road, with no transport available within about 1KM. I went to check it out for my family and didn't like it. I wouldn't suggest it for a family stay.

There wasn't even a bucket in the bathroom, and soap and shampoo weren't provided. The bedsheet was dirty, and the other things there were in poor condition and unclean. It's in a colony with no public transport connection. This was the worst experience of my life. Don't choose it just because it's cheap, there are other hotels at the same rate in Civil linea or near the junction.

The owner was very friendly, and the price is comfortable for students or anyone needing a place to stay. It's quite far from the station, but if you have an exam near Jhusi or the Ajay Exam Centre, I'd suggest staying here.
