Being close to the railway station was the one useful thing about this hotel. The rooms were all the same, and for ₹2500 a night I got a filthy room with dirty walls, an unclean toilet, stained sheets, a torn quilt, and bed springs sticking out. There was no fan, and the AC rattled loudly all night. Breakfast was the same banana each day, bland poha without namkeen, and plain parathas with no filling or pickle. I couldn't eat it. When I asked for a replacement, or even a simple sandwich with dinner, they rudely said, “you booked online.” The manager couldn't hear properly and made no effort to deal with complaints. I've stayed in hotels for 12 years, and this was easily my worst experience. It's dirty, badly run, and not worth the money. I'd choose any OYO or even a dharamshala instead. Worst hotel I've seen in over a decade of travel.

Cosmopolitan hotel? My foot. I was there around 3-4 feb for my rrb interview, and the place was a nightmare. Pencil marks covered the walls, the bedsheets hadn't been washed, and the washbasin was filthy. Staff were rude and dismissive, didn't answer the official Goibibo number, and the food service involved ridiculous waits. They were hosting RRB Bank PO interviews and still taking guest bookings despite not having enough staff for even basic service. That felt unethical and completely unprofessional.

Being right beside the railway station is a real plus, and the prices are budget friendly. It's a good hotel with a restaurant.

The rates are high for what you get, especially with better options nearby for much more reasonable prices. The rooms were dirty, the linen stained, and the whole place felt neglected. Poor upkeep and basic hygiene were a real disappointment, and the service and cleanliness were nowhere near acceptable.
