Receptionist Ashna gave us very useful sightseeing advice, including which places to visit first and where to take the car, like Mehrangargh Fort, versus where not to, like Ghanta Ghar. Thanks to her guidance, we managed to see everything we wanted without trouble. The stay was pleasant, and the hotel is close to Mehrangarh Fort and other sightseeing spots. Good value for money, I'd rate it 4.5.

The last time I stayed here was four years ago and it was good. Now the room and bed were filthy and smelled terrible, the taps were broken, there was no hot water, and the clogged bathroom left water pooling everywhere. Breakfast was just as bad: the idlis weren't fresh, and the poha and upma were cold and completely unpalatable. They call it free breakfast, but at this price the whole property feels like a scam. It's unhygienic, poorly managed, and the amenities are broken. I booked directly because they weren't listed on the major apps. Now I know why.

I booked three nights but checked out after just one. The bathroom was in terrible condition, with water clogging, and I've never seen one like it. Noise from adjacent rooms and the busy main road made it hard to sleep. The buffet breakfast tasted very bad too. Sorry to leave such a negative review, but I hope management takes the necessary action.

The stay was okay, but breakfast needs work. The fruit selection was just bananas, and there were no eggs, which was disappointing. The sambar was sweet and not tasty, the coconut chutney seemed two or three days old, and the upma was bland and tasteless.
