The price was high, but this stay was completely disappointing and not worth it. The room was extremely dirty and smelled awful, with dust in every corner and cockroaches on the bed. The broken toilet seat made the bathroom very uncomfortable to use. Staff were no help at all and customer service was poor. Don't book this hotel. Be aware.

The rooms were spacious and well ventilated, and those parts were good. But the kitchen service was awful. Even after repeated reminders, they still hadn't delivered the food more than 40 minutes later.

The following morning, kitchen staff called me more than six times to say the kitchen was closing at 10am, with reminders that 45, then 30, 20, and 10 minutes were left. That was really traumatic. I'd booked a suite, but at check-in I was shocked to find an ordinary room instead. The receptionist said they'd change it as soon as someone checked out, since no other room was available then, and then tried to pass this off by saying that this was a suite too. That's truly unethical. I really don't recommend this hotel or its services.

The bathrooms were extremely dirty, and the torn, stained bedsheets and cockroaches everywhere made the rooms filthy. There were no clean towels, no bottled water, no lights in our room, and the AC didn't work. We also saw broken alcohol bottles strewn around, so it didn't feel safe for a family. We waited two hours for tea after ordering. It was a bad experience, and the bathrooms felt like a sure way of getting a UTI.
