The staff weren't willing to help, and the whole place felt scary and unwelcoming. My stay was horrible, with service that might as well not have existed. The room smelled, the paint was damaged, and the bathroom facilities were broken. There was no hot water at all. A complete waste of time and energy. Very, very bad.

The staff were cooperative and good, but the rooms and restaurant facilities don't match the prices they're charging.

The hotel is in a complex with Reliance Trendz, Smart Bazaar, and Reliance Digital, which is handy if you need anything. It's also only a 5 minute walk from the railway station, making it one of the better places to stay nearby. The spacious rooms have the amenities needed for a corporate or business trip. In the room we got, the window and drawer levers were broken. The restaurant serves delicious food. I'd recommend it for official or business visits.

The staff were friendly and attentive, ready to help when needed, and check-in and check-out were smooth. My room was spacious, clean, and had a modern look, with a comfortable bed and useful touches like a coffee maker and complimentary bottled water. Housekeeping kept it spotless. The location was just right, close to popular attractions and with easy access to public transportation. I recently stayed at Hotel City Square and had a wonderful experience.
