The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and Baga beach is within walking distance, with brittos right beside the hotel. The rooms are just okay, though. There are no services apart from water, so no tea or breakfast. All the balconies are covered with black curtains, and there’s no view from the rooms.

Don't trust the rating and photos. They take an advance for the booking, then give you a different room at check-in and refuse a refund. You have to pay the full amount when you check in, and after that they provide no service. It's not a hotel, just a chawl type room, very messy and full of mosquitoes.

For a stay in North Goa, hotel oakwood Baga is a decent choice. The rooms are fine, the service is good, and customers are looked after well.

The room they gave us at check-in wasn't the one shown in the booking photos. When we asked to switch, staff said, "if you wanna check in, do check otherwise you can leave." They also refused to return the advance payment.

It's easy to walk to Baga beach from here, and room service was available whenever we needed it. The staff, especially nazrul, were friendly. We had a great stay, and it works well for families or groups of friends. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Baga beach.
