We'd already paid the full balance the day before, but at checkout reception first said some was still due, then confirmed about 20 minutes later that it was paid. We were worried about missing our train and had to wait, even though it was scheduled for 5:00 am. We'd told the hotel we needed hot water before leaving, but there was none in the room. We had travelled from Pune Maharashtra.

The rooms are clean, the staff are very good, and this is a very good hotel. I especially liked bhawani singh, who is a very good man and treats guests very well.

The service was good and on time, and the cleanliness made this a good choice for us. It's a good-value hotel near 12th road circle, a name you can trust. I'd stay here instead of at the hotels near railway station or jalori gate.

The staff were rude and unhelpful throughout our stay, and the rooms were in poor condition and not clean. The website photos looked completely different from what we found, which fell far below expectations. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone wanting comfort or good service.
