The St. Regis Mumbai

What made our stay at The St. Regis Mumbai stand out was the service. At Sahib Room, Jyoti looked after us with warmth and genuine care, making dinner a pleasure. Arman at By the Mekong was professional and friendly, with a relaxed manner that made the meal even better. Breakfast was a highlight every morning. Saumya introduced us to Indian cuisine in a warm, engaging way and made each morning feel personal. Chef Shubham went out of his way to prepare a high protein breakfast on request. Kailas also deserves a mention for making the best hotel matcha we've had, perfectly prepared with almond milk and no sugar. The direct mall connection was incredibly convenient, and the gym is spacious, excellent, and well equipped. Hopefully the dumbbells will go up to 30 kg next time 😉. An outstanding hotel with genuinely great staff. We'd happily return.

From February 22nd to February 23rd, 2026, I stayed in Room no 2407 at St Regis Hotel. My stay was seamless, but what I remember most is the warmth and affection of the whole team. They treated me like family, with rare and deeply touching care and personal attention. Darry and Inzamam Rangila greeted me with warm smiles at arrival and check-in. The chef made truly delicious, memorable food throughout my stay. Sanika took my food orders, and Abhay delivered them beautifully to my room. The Head Buttler, Shweta Biranje, performed the Champagne sabering ceremony with grace, precision, and confidence. It was flawless, and her poise and professionalism gave the moment a sense of grandeur that suited the hotel's refined atmosphere. Swetha, Judith and Lostani were excellent when offering me juice in the lobby. Breakfast was finger licking, and the service was fantastic. My thanks to Shoib, Suraj and Sarfraz Sayed for their friendly, professional manner. For the pleasant send-off on February 23rd, I thank all the staff at St. Regis Hotel in Mumbai. Our nine-night stay at the St Regis was top notch, even after spending several weeks in Mumbai and staying at a few other five-star hotels. The rooms and food were good, and room turnover was seamless. Whenever we left, staff would quickly tidy the room without bothering us. What really set the hotel apart was the hospitality, especially the personal butler service from Sweta Biranje. She checked in regularly to see what we needed and helped with everything from car rentals and shopping services to coffee and tea deliveries. When she learned it was my father's birthday, she arranged a cake and flowers in his room without being asked. She did an outstanding job of making our stay feel special. The staff overall were always ready to help. The hotel is next to, and attached to, a mall with good restaurants and shopping. We'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The room was spacious, and the pool area was lovely and very quiet. Everyone gave us great service. Breakfast was amazing, with all kinds of foods, fruit, and the usual breakfast options. We ordered room service, and it felt like dining at the restaurant. The food was excellent and arrived hot. Highly recommend this hotel.
