Hotel Sheetal

The location is a little outside the main city, though there are plenty of good spots nearby. I stayed just one night and found it very comfortable, with a spacious, well-furnished room and great lighting. The fridge, dryer, and other facilities were all well maintained. My only booking issue was with the platform: I booked for two adults but breakfast was provided for one, which wasn’t really the hotel’s fault. For a short city trip, it was worth the price, and I’d recommend it.

We were 12 people at Hotel Sheetal, Jodhpur on 25th and 26th October 2025. The rooms were spacious and very clean, room service was quick, and the hot water worked perfectly. The lift was in good condition, there was enough parking, and the food tasted good. The buffet needs better handling. We saw the kitchen manager telling staff not to refill dishes, which was disappointing. They also didn't seem to prepare enough food in advance for the number of guests. It was a pleasant stay overall, but the buffet service could improve.

I don't recommend this hotel for a long stay. The rooms were in good condition, but toiletries were missing, the food was tasteless and poor quality, and the service was disappointing. For dinner, our plan included a buffet, but they served only four items: roti, one sabji, dal, and rice. Breakfast was poha, puri and sabji, and bread. I never fought with anyone, but the owner has posted a false reply to my review and is making me look bad to others. The menu they quoted is false too, and I wish I’d taken pictures. We had booked a room with breakfast and dinner, both as buffets. Please be careful of hotels making false claims just to maintain their standards. You can book a room and then see the worst service for yourself.
