OYO 14817 Aditya's Velvet Heritage

Since the hotel was built a year ago, its infrastructure is very good. It's a neat, clean and hygienic place in the heart of Jodhpur, close to the market, and parking is easy to find. The staff are trained, the room size and bedding are great, and room service is good too. Food takes about an hour because they don't have their own restaurant and bring it from "Jodhpur Dhaba".

I liked the rooms and the service, and had a great stay. There's an open area on the first floor where a group can spend time together outside their rooms. I'd love to stay there again. A few things were frustrating: the staff didn't seem to know which rooms were available, since one person showed me a room and another said it was reserved for another tourist. They don't have a restaurant and can order food from another hotel, but I was told they didn't have a restaurant. The hotel is on a narrow lane and a bit hard to find.

The manager was helpful, but that alone wasn’t enough to make this a good stay. There was no restaurant, and I couldn’t find any decent nearby places to order food from online. One person seemed to handle everything, from cleaning to customer and hotel queries, so the toilets and drinking glasses were very dirty. It was okay for one night, but I wouldn’t recommend it.

The location is good, and parking on the road was easy. Everything else was pretty poor. The room and bathroom were dirty, the fixtures were broken, and there were insects in the linen. Cleanliness was basically zero, and there’s no restaurant. The staff seemed untrained and busy with Bluetooth in their ears, and they weren’t helpful.
