The owner and staff were good, and the room was very good. Good staff, good room, good management, wonderful property.

The gallery and rooms smelled bad, and the hotel was dirty. The pictures may have been of a different property. I had to cancel my stay and go to another hotel.

The staff were generally nice and tried their best to explain the bathroom heater switch. But the hygiene in the room was extremely disappointing. The pillow had stains that looked like blood and dirt, and hot water was only available from the tape. At night, there was a trash smell in the bathroom, and I found a small mice outside the room. This has been my worst accommodation experience in India so far. Please improve these conditions to keep the business going.

The rooms were very dirty, the washroom didn’t work properly, and there was no TV, Wi-Fi, or food. The service was very poor. Very bad, and I’ll never visit again.
