The rooms were dirty and the AC was faulty. Breakfast was limited to poha and puri sabji. They say tea and coffee are available all day, but when the kitchens are closed, they don't serve any. Staff were rude whenever we complained. This place is absolutely not fit to be a three-star hotel.

The staff were courteous and the service was good, but the hotel itself is old. The bathroom fittings are broken and the shower doesn't work, so getting hot water takes a struggle. The bed linen is old too. It's okay if you only need somewhere to sleep for one night, though even the hotel name is only half visible.

The management says brothers and sisters aren't family, so siblings can't stay at this hotel together. The staff's attitude is awful, and there's no way to communicate with them. Shame on the owners.

For the price, staying here was worthwhile, right in the city center. The food was good quality, and the staff provided excellent service.

The lift music 🎵 was the last thing that stood out, but the rooms are clean, the food is good, and the staff are good too. It's a great place to stay in jodhpur, and budget friendly.
