Pride Resort Jodhpur

Our two-bedroom suite was spotlessly clean and exceptionally spacious, and everything at this relatively new property felt modern, well maintained, and top quality. The resort is budget friendly, so the limited buffet selection was easy to overlook, especially because the food tasted so good, better than at many high-end hotels. We had half-board and enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. The restaurant serves only vegetarian food. Breakfast was missing basics like bread, butter, jam, and bakery items, while dinner had very few desserts.

Room service was fabulous and quick. The deluxe king room had great amenities, a nice washroom and view, and plenty of space. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was among the cleanest I’ve ever seen while traveling. I had my grandmother with me, and she was very comfortable there.

The staff made everything comfortable and memorable, and I’d definitely visit again. The rooms were spotless, the service top-class, and the food was excellent in both quality and presentation. My stay at Pride Resort Jodhpur was wonderful, with an elegant, peaceful ambiance.

I booked 15th-16th February by mistake and cancelled straight away when I noticed. Since I cancelled immediately, there was no practical chance of a loss to the hotel, but they still refused a refund and stuck rigidly to their “non-refundable policy.” The situation was an honest mistake corrected at once, yet they showed no empathy and handled it unprofessionally. Policies should protect businesses from misuse, not penalize customers for this kind of mistake. ₹4000 is a significant amount, and their unwillingness to act fairly left me with a very negative impression. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you expect basic understanding and customer support.
