We had poor staff coordination during our event, and the food didn’t meet the quality promised for the event standards. The property has a heritage look, but the facilities and service didn’t live up to that level. More seriously, a first premium Whisky bottle from our party arrangement went missing. Later I personally saw it with a senior member of the management team, which was shocking and unprofessional. The incident destroyed my trust in management and made me question the safety of guests’ belongings. I wouldn’t trust or recommend this heritage property for an event.

Our stay was on 24th Jan 26, and the location was great, within the city but a little away from the crowds. The food and service from the staff were great too. We had a train at 8 .30 night after spending the day sightseeing. When we returned to the hotel that evening, they gave us a place to rest and change before catching the train. That was a very thoughtful gesture. Thanks to the manager and staff.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with nice interiors, and I had a great experience here. Service was excellent, and the staff were polite and helpful. The manager was professional and helpful too. Highly recommended!

The usual challenge is the flight of stairs you need to climb, but that’s part of the authenticity and novelty of a heritage hotel. There’s plenty of parking outside, and the staff were good, helpful, and pleasant. The food was great as well. I had a good stay with my family at RAGHVENDRA HERITAGE in JODHPUR. We loved the spacious rooms, cleanliness, comfort, and the quality of the beds and pillows. Heritage hotels have their own charm and grandeur, and this one offered good value for the cost.

Just one day before my stay, the management said a “technical issue” meant they had to move me to another property. They promised an upgraded room to make up for it, but the alternative hotel was far below the standard I had paid for. It felt deceptive rather than like a genuine solution. I had an extremely disappointing experience and wouldn’t recommend booking here if reliability and honesty matter to you.
