The rooms stayed spotless, fresh and well maintained, and the linen, toiletries and amenities were arranged perfectly. Housekeeping kept things clean without disturbing our privacy, which was commendable. The staff were cooperative, and the housekeeping team were polite and always smiling. Everything was excellent. The location made it easy to get around and explore, and the amenities added a lot of comfort. Room service was prompt and efficient, always delivered with a smile. The washroom was a bit compact, but that only slightly affected an otherwise comfortable stay. We had a lovely time and would consider coming back. Highly recommended!

The hotel has just been renovated, and the rooms look really nice. You get more for your money than at similar hotels. It also has Jodhpur's most popular bar on the terrace, so expect to hear music every day until 11 pm.

The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and very clean, including the bathroom and bedding. We had an in-room kettle, mini fridge, towels, toilet paper and bottled water, and they made a comfortable floor bed for our kids. Breakfast itself was good, though the staff seemed uninterested in serving guests and reluctant to refill dosas and other items. We’d told the hotel we’d arrive late, but they were short staffed when we got there and couldn’t help much with luggage. The front desk person did what he could. We also asked him to arrange accommodation for our driver. He said we should rest and he’d take care of it, but didn’t. Instead, he was rude to our driver, sent him somewhere over his budget without hot water, and told him to be grateful he had a place to sleep. When we confronted him, he denied it. Better staff training would improve the customer service.
