Treebo Blu Vvu

I paid ₹1,939 for the booking, which clearly included complimentary early check-in for two hours. I reached at 9:50 AM, and rooms in the same category were available, yet I had to wait until around 12:45 PM. That was a failure to provide the promised service and points to poor management. The next day I checked out at 10:00 AM and left my luggage while I went sightseeing. Before my evening bus, I asked to use a room for just an hour to freshen up. They agreed, then charged ₹1,000 for that hour. After the earlier inconvenience and the missed complimentary service, that felt excessive and exploitative. Managing partner Deepak Gujar approved the charge. I consider it unjustified and unethical. The bed was uncomfortable and below basic hospitality standards. The room also lacked the complimentary tea and tea setup that Treebo advertises as free. These issues left me feeling the service was poor, the charges lacked transparency, and the hotel was not guest-friendly. I expect management to step in and refund the unfair charge. Based on this stay, I wouldn’t recommend the property.

I spent three days here recently. The rooms were clean, the staff cooperative, and the food good. A few things need attention, though. The cafeteria has pigeons flying around, which is a health risk for guests and staff, and the bathroom ventilation needs to be looked at seriously. The beds could also be softer. The laundry service was a real problem: the laundry person asks for your checkout date and only brings the clothes back that day. The point is to have your clothes available to use during your stay, so getting them on checkout day doesn’t work.

The staff were decent and breakfast was acceptable, but that was about all I liked. I stayed three nights and it wasn’t worth the money. The hotel is beside the railway tracks, and passing trains, especially around midnight, made sleeping almost impossible. I especially wouldn’t recommend it to anyone with a small baby. The standard room was tiny, awkwardly laid out, and uncomfortable. The bathroom was ridiculously small and poorly designed, and ventilation in the room was terrible. I asked to move rooms and the staff refused. It seemed likely they wouldn’t help because I’d already paid and they had no intention of sorting it out.

The location worked really well, close to markets and sightseeing spots, and the stay was good value for money. We enjoyed the food, especially the breakfast buffet, which had plenty of choices. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were polite and helpful. Our room was spacious, very clean, and well cared for, with a comfortable bed that gave us a good night's sleep. I’d recommend the hotel and would definitely return.
