Welcom Hotel

We found the location convenient for nearby attractions, while still quiet at night, and the city views from the room were stunning. Our room was spacious, spotless, stylish, and had very comfortable bedding. The breakfast buffet had a huge range of fresh choices, and the Wi-Fi was fast. We also appreciated the well-kept fitness center, rooftop terrace, and cozy, well-equipped rooms. The food was delicious and served with care. Staff across the hotel were consistently polite and helpful, from the front desk onward, and made sure our needs were met. Check-in set a warm tone, and the service stayed excellent throughout. The hotel exceeded my expectations with its comfort, convenience, facilities, and attentive service. I’d recommend it to visitors and would gladly return.

Our ground-floor room looked out over a beautiful, quiet garden, and even our driver was well looked after. We booked a room, dinner, and breakfast deal directly at reception. The buffet had a wide selection of food, the rooms felt spacious and modern, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous. Luxury and good value for money. I can’t fault the place.

We stayed at ITC Jodhpur from 3rd to 7th February and booked two rooms. The property itself is impressive, with spacious grounds, well-kept lawns, a good activity area for children, restaurants and bars, and good-quality food. Rooms and bathrooms are generously sized and tastefully decorated. Several service and process problems affected the stay. As a Gold member eligible for an upgrade, I was first refused a room category upgrade and only got it after asking for written clarification. We had already paid 100% in advance through the ITC app, but were asked to pay again at check-in while the team took time to confirm the payment. At checkout they again requested full payment and had to check screenshots of the confirmation emails. Room service was slow: even an ice bucket took 30-40 minutes and reminders. Housekeeping often forgot drinking water, towels, foot mats, and tea or coffee sachets, while used dishes sat in the corridors for 10-12 hours. On day three of our four-night stay, both key cards stopped working because the system showed us as checked out, so we had to go back to reception. Dining is extremely expensive. A basic dal cost upwards of ₹500, and a can of Coke was around ₹300 plus taxes. I’d suggest booking a package with breakfast and at least one more meal to avoid very high food bills. ITC Jodhpur has lovely grounds and strong facilities, but service lapses, weak internal processes, and high food prices significantly let the experience down.

The resort is 12-15kms outside the city, with plenty of space and things for all ages. The kids’ facilities were excellent, with a gaming zone for teenagers and options for toddlers, which was a big plus for us. There are lush gardens and a great pool, though we didn’t use it in winter. Our large room had all the amenities we needed. We went during the busy New Year’s weekend and were glad we chose this resort over the others. The ITC team must have been overwhelmed in December, but their service and hospitality stayed amazing. We chose the buffet breakfast, which had lots to choose from, including South Indian, North Indian, and local food. Good work as always, ITC!
