Zostel Jodhpur

Sahadat helped us find good restaurants around town and arranged an auto for our early morning train, which made things much less stressful. The staff were helpful and cooperative throughout. I wasn't keen on the simple room I'd booked at first, but Mr. Shive, the manager, understood and kindly moved me to a deluxe room at no extra cost. I appreciated that, and was happy with the service and hospitality. I'd recommend the hotel.

Evenings were lively, with Rajasthani traditional music, karaoke, games, and good conversations with other travelers. The hostel also felt warm, social, and safe. Sushil and Yogi were especially welcoming, and the head manager was kind and supportive. They took us to a lovely sunset point and helped us explore Jodhpur's famous blue lanes. The next day, Sushil arranged a sunrise outing for the Zostel guests, even though it wasn't in the plan, then we went to Rao Jodha Desert Rock Park. It made for a memorable stay, and I'd recommend Zostel Jodhpur to anyone wanting a friendly base while exploring the city.

The rooftop café has a great view of Mehrangarh Fort, and the food was excellent. Sahadat at the Zostel and Rawal Singh at the café both gave us great service. The forts and main attractions are within walking distance, which makes the location handy. Just keep in mind that ground-floor rooms can get pretty noisy at night.

The candle-light dinner overlooking Mehrangarh Fort, with Rajasthani folk music, was a highlight. It felt peaceful and royal, and was an unforgettable way to experience Jodhpur. Mr. Shahdat was warm and attentive, and his help made us feel welcome and kept the stay running smoothly. The property was clean, the staff were friendly, and the whole place had a lovely vibe. Zostel Jodhpur at Clock Tower is in the heart of the old city, with beautiful fort views. A great choice for culture, comfort, and memorable scenery.
