Spacious rooms and a good place for holiday seekers. The staff seem genuine, though the service is lacking.

The food was delicious and nicely presented, and the team was supportive, professional, and warm throughout. Our event ran late, but the staff cooperated and made special arrangements for the banquet hall so our dance program could continue without hassle. We booked the resort for a meet and stayed for about 5-6 evening and night hours. The team set up a beautiful stage and organized the seating well, giving the event a thoughtful, elegant atmosphere. I'd recommend the place for gatherings and meets, as well as personal stays, family functions, and celebrations. It's a lovely place to make memories.

The rooms fell short of expectations, and not having hot water in the bathroom was disappointing. Still, the staff were extremely helpful, and the food and service were very good. Bhumi and Deepak, the food managers, and the night staff were especially attentive.

The staff deserve special appreciation. They were cooperative, professional, and attentive at every step, keeping things on track and handling last-minute requests with a smile. Their coordination and dedication helped make our event a success. The resort was beautiful, and the ambience felt elegant, welcoming, and warm for our guests. The thoughtful setup added a vibrant feel to the event.
