Hotel Clubway Grand

We ate at the in-house restaurant on the top floor several times, and enjoyed the lovely rooftop and great food. My personal favorite was the Chill Paneer. Doreen was courteous every time we saw her and provided excellent service in the restaurant and rooftop. For room service, food orders, housekeeping, or laundry, Rajdip was quick and friendly, helping with what we needed in the room with a smile. At reception, Bishal and Nabajyoti welcomed us warmly and kept up their excellent service throughout. They were always polite and professional. Pinku and Akash were friendly and helpful when we left. The clean, modern, comfortable rooms had many of the amenities you’d expect. We came from the UK to visit family and booked Clubway Grand for the first time. The quality was comparable to high-quality hotels in Europe, and it was the best hotel experience we’ve had in Jorhat and Assam. I’d rate it 5/5, recommend it, and book again on my next visit. Keep up the great work, team!

The front office receptionists, Pori and Deeksha, made check-in and the whole stay smooth and pleasant. They were polite, professional, friendly, and quick to help, and their warm manner showed real hospitality. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a welcoming ambience and professional service. I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Clubway Grand.

For a cozy place to stay and dine in Jorhat, this is a good choice. The ambience is warm and the staff are courteous, which made the stay memorable. Ms.Piyakshi deserves a special mention for the excellent Axomi meal she prepared for us and the care she showed as customers. I look forward to more visits to Jorhat. Keep up the good work, Club Grand.

The food was delicious, and the beautiful ambience made for a lovely dining experience. Jina was especially courteous and attentive, and made us feel comfortable all evening. Great service and a warm atmosphere too. I’d love to visit again.
