The staff were well trained, well groomed, and behaved well. Billing was excellent, parking was sufficient, and they also leave a newspaper in every room. The hotel is best in class, but the complimentary breakfast needs a lot of work. They serve it in a conference hall without AC, the food isn't tasty, and there aren't many options. Improve the food and this could be the best place to stay.

One of the best hotels in town right now. The staff are all responsive and quick with service. Try staying once and I think you'll get that home away from home feeling.

A budget hotel near the old ASTC bus stand, with several well known hotel chains nearby and options ranging from economical to budget friendly. Another plus is Iva Grand Hotel's ethnic restaurant, "Juihal," on the first floor, serving ethnic cuisines from Assam and North East India.

The spotless rooms and friendly staff made this feel like a real find. It's in the heart of Jorhat, and the budget price delivered more than I expected. For comfort and quality at such affordable rates, I can't think of better value for money anywhere else in Jorhat. Highly recommended.
