The best part for us was knowing my parents were being treated with such warmth and respect while we were away. They spent three days at Manor, and from arrival onward the staff handled everything with care and professionalism. Their room was comfortable, clean, and well kept, which made the stay easy and relaxing. We’re very grateful for the peace of mind and the thoughtful hospitality.

They even arranged breakfast before the usual time when we had to check out early, which we really appreciated. The hotel is also well connected to both town and the national highway. Our room and the rest of the hotel were neat, with the basic things ready before check-in. The staff were supportive throughout and did their best to help. We had a great experience, and the service impressed us 🙏👍.

Ms. Mitali Sahu was friendly and cooperative with our 15-month-old, and made our visit feel comfortable and memorable for our baby. We had a really nice time at Saffron Restaurant l, Hotel Manor, Jorhat.

Niharika and her colleagues take great care of guests, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spotless, have all the modern comforts, and include complimentary fresh water. The restaurant and breakfast are very good too. The new Italian coffee machine makes a great cappuccino. The Manor is easily the best hotel in Jorhat.
