We had two rooms. One was fine, but the other had an unpleasant smell at times. The linens and bathrooms could use improvement, though the rooms were otherwise quite okay. Given the options in Navsari, this seemed like the best choice unless we wanted to stay out on a highway, which we didn't.

The location is great, and the rooms feel quite luxurious for what they cost. My room was good value, but there were several things that needed attention. The AC turned itself off multiple times, and the lobby bin had paan stains throughout my five-day stay, as if it had never been cleaned. The tea was good, but the empty mug sat in the lobby for hours. The lobby toilets also needed more cleaning, and the toilet paper should be checked and refilled regularly. I had to ask again for the iron and ironing board after they were removed from my room without telling me.

There was plenty of convenient parking, and the rooms were spacious with all the main amenities. Still, the beds felt awkward and uncomfortable, and the linens weren't as clean or as good quality as I'd expected. Service was only okay, and the staff didn't greet guests warmly, so it felt impersonal. As someone up early, I also needed tea around 5 AM, but they don't serve it before 7 AM. Fine for a quick stop, but nothing special.

My parents stayed at your hotel in December and have just told me what happened. I've worked in this industry as a hotelier for 22 years, and I've never come across anything like it. From what they described, management seems more focused on profit than guest experience, safety, or staff well-being. There appears to be little staff training, and some situations sound dangerous or negligent. A staff member apparently told my mother to raise a theft issue at the hotel so management would compensate her, then suggested we split the money 50/50. It makes me wonder whether the owner isn't paying the staff. I wanted to alert people, and without a phone number for the owner or manager, a review seemed like the best way. Owners, please take note. If I ever need to stay there, I'll think a hundred times first. If a staff member can tell me how to steal, they could do anything.
