The location worked well, but the stay was a letdown for what they charged, about Rs 2,800 a night in a small town like Kaikaluru. I booked through Cleartrip, and the hotel wouldn’t honor the Cleartrip price and wanted to cancel at the last minute. The receptionist also made us feel like we were staying there for free. Our room AC didn’t work properly, the hot water was muddy, and there was no TV DTH connection.

The water bottle marked Rs 20 cost us Rs 25. And by 9:15 PM, the biryani/pulav was already gone. They blamed the afternoon crowd, which makes it seem like they serve the afternoon leftovers at night and don’t cook another batch. Whoever manages the restaurant should make sure the menu is available while it’s open.

Drivers, please avoid this place. There’s no parking, no washroom, and no safety for drivers. The rooms aren’t comfortable either. Please turn back.

Decent hotel, but it doesn’t feel worth the price. The cost is too high for a rural area.

After a shower, water spread across the whole toilet because there’s no shower curtain and the towel rod is in the bathing area. The quilt was damaged and covered in dirty spots. For two guests they gave us only one soap and one brush, and when I asked, they said the staff were on leave and there was no housekeeping person. For this price, it really isn’t worth it.
