OYO 65421 Nakshatra Suites And Function Hall

After travelling for 15 hours, we arrived late in the evening and found we couldn’t stay at the property I’d booked. Srikanth sent us to a different property that lacked many facilities. There was no room service or proper water supply, and we even had to ask for dustbins. Srikanth rudely told us there were no rooms and to go to the hotel he suggested or cancel. It’s unreasonable to expect customers to search around for a good hotel in that situation. With no other way out, we somehow managed to adjust. Please make sure the properties you select meet minimum standards. I’ve stayed at OYO hotels before, and this is my honest feedback.
