The room looked good, but the TV and internet weren't proper, and there was no soap or other amenities. At 1500 per day for an AC room, the price is too high for what's provided.

I was very happy staying at SPG HOTEL. The hotel was good and the staff were helpful. Srikanth at reception was especially good, communicated well, and explained the room tariff clearly.

I changed rooms three times and had the same problem each time, the AC wasn't working properly. The water was completely salty too. I gave three stars for the way the staff welcomed me.

They charged me about Rs.1000, but the room wasn't clean and there was no soap or towel. The AC wasn't working properly either, and room service was poor. A really bad experience.

I booked through OYO, but they didn't provide a room even though the money had been debited from my account. The hotel staff were also very bad and behaved so rudely. Worst hotel at kakinada.
