Oyo Flagship 81251 Sea Coastal Inn 2

The rooms felt cramped, and their maintenance was poor. Cleanliness and comfort need work. I did appreciate the convenient location, which made it easy to explore the area, and the staff's good service made my stay more pleasant.

There was no breakfast, which I found misleading. The manager said my booking amount was too low and asked for another Rs. 500, but gave me no receipt. He said it would come by email, but I never got a bill for that payment. The only bill I received was from the agoda app, and it didn't include the Rs. 500 paid at the hotel.

Make my trip customer service helped me find another stay for the same price, and I'm grateful for that. At this property, they asked how much I'd paid, then, when I said it was a discounted booking, claimed there were no rooms available. They offered a nearby oyo instead, at four times my discounted price. This place was a waste. Please don't book here.

It took nearly 30 minutes to get into our room because check-in was so slow. The beds and sheets weren't clean, and staff didn't change them when we asked. Now we're dealing with rashes on our bodies. Try to avoid this hotel if you can.
