The room had a mesmerizing view and was impeccably maintained. Everyone was friendly, mature, and honest, and they did their best to meet our needs. The team handled our late night arrival warmly, and the manager and staff were professional and courteous. Everything promised on the booking site was provided. I offered the manager and room service boy some drinks because they were so sweet and supportive. I liked the way they treated us. I personally offered some to booz, and please don’t share some fake new about them @Nishel melita moras.

The cottage has a quiet, relaxing feel, and the polite staff were always ready to help. I especially enjoyed the calm nature walk around the property in the morning. From the rooms, you look out over Coorg’s greenery and hills, a beautiful sight to wake up to. Itsy Hotels Jammabane Cottage was very well maintained, with spacious, clean rooms and spotless washrooms. A comfortable getaway for a break from busy work life. I’d highly recommend Itsy Hotels Jammabane Cottage and hope to visit again.

There was no staff available from morning until checkout, the reception phone was switched off, and nobody was around at night either. With only a few guests, including two girls, we felt the place was unsafe and poorly managed. The room at Itsy By Treebo - Jammaban Cottage was extremely dirty, with unclean bedsheets and pillow covers, and even a large spider inside. The washroom water had visible algae, and we were given tap water to drink instead of packaged water. It was a terrible, disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The location was far from the city, and at 4500 per day for one room, at least some of the basics should have been better. We booked after seeing the reviews, hoping for a staycation, but ended up leaving the room and roaming around coorg. There was no real privacy: a glass door gave a clear view into the room, so we had to clip the curtains together. When we asked for a clip, they didn’t seem to care. The room also wasn’t soundproof, and snails and spiders were around. The bedsheets were dirty, and they said they couldn’t replace them. The caretaker only knew kannada. I speak Malayalam Tamil Hindi and English, but couldn’t get some things across to him.
