Breakfast was adequate and satisfying, but the rest of my stay at Hotel Ginger, Nashik left me very dissatisfied. My Chicken Triple Rice arrived around 11:10 PM, only after I reminded the restaurant twice, and the food was average, below what I expected. The toilet was unclean when I entered the room. Housekeeping came nearly 30 minutes later, after two reminder calls. My TV also wasn't working, and an electrician showed up only after an hour and two follow-ups. No one helped carry my luggage to the room. At reception, the two staff members could communicate only in English and couldn't understand basic Marathi or Hindi, which was very inconvenient for local guests. There are better premium and budget hotel options in Nashik, and this service doesn't justify the brand name. The hotel needs to improve its service standards urgently.

I came back to Ginger Nashik after 16 years and found the same warmth and comfort as before. The food and stay were excellent, and the whole experience was very good. Thanks especially to Tushi, Dabet, and Sucy for being so caring and supportive, and to Manager Rahul ji for the nice management. Truly worth every penny! 😊

The rooms were clean, and I had a comfortable, pleasant stay. Sucy Tumung at reception made check-in smooth and welcoming, always ready to help with a warm smile. She was polite, professional, and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Our whole team of 18 was very happy with the hospitality, and the food was superb. The room was in good condition too. Krish, Mangal, Af tab, and Dabetbha were very nice and welcoming. Thanks so much. We'd definitely recommend staying here to family and friends.

Gaurav Biswas, Krish Sha, and Mangal Row were especially helpful and polite, and made sure our stay went smoothly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service throughout was excellent. I had a wonderful stay, truly great staff!
