Check-in was smooth, and the service stayed good throughout my visit. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff were helpful and polite, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I had a really good time and would recommend the place. I'd like to come back.

I liked the calm rooftop, especially in the evening. It’s an easy place to sit with friends or family and relax for a while. The food was good, the service went smoothly, and the atmosphere made for a peaceful night out.

The AC in my room wasn't working. When I reported it, reception said there were no other rooms and they couldn't do anything. The reception staff were rude, and the women at the desk acted as if we weren't customers. This used to be a nice hotel, so I was really disappointed with my stay.

There's a bar on the ground floor, and the crowd from the neighborhood gets so big that people fill the car parking area, almost like a festival. The receptionist was argumentative too. Room service only starts after 8 am, so even getting a toothbrush means waiting until then.

The food was fresh, flavorful, and excellent, and service from the polite staff was prompt. My room was clean, comfortable, and well furnished, and housekeeping did a proper job. A great stay overall.
