Hotel Abaam Chelsea has elegant interiors and the whole property is kept to a high standard. The restaurant food was excellent, with quick service, and the peaceful atmosphere and central location made for a comfortable Kochi getaway. The staff were warm and professional, and made me feel at home. I'd definitely recommend the hotel to friends and colleagues.
I left a shirt with some money in its pocket at the hotel when I checked out the next day. As soon as I realized, I called, but they said they hadn't found anything. I'm certain I left it there. I think the cleaning staff may have taken it, though management might not know about it. They wouldn't even look at the CCTV, which could have shown what happened. I could have filed a complaint, but I was also at fault for forgetting the shirt. I won't stay there again. If you do book a room, don't leave anything behind, because I don't believe lost items will be returned. I feel strongly that the staff removed mine.
The only good thing was the value for money. I took a suite, and the rooms were still old and dated, the AC was awful, and the washroom and toilet were in very poor condition. I can only imagine what the other rooms are like.
The place was neat and clean, the food was tasty, and the staff were good. Restaurant manager Sreejith sir was very friendly, as were the rest of the team. Thanks, team abaam.
The hotel's location near Infopark made it very convenient for my business trip to Kochi. My room was quiet, the Wi-Fi was strong, and service was fast and professional. The staff were especially friendly and helpful. Hotel Abaam Chelsea turned out to be the best choice, and I'll stay here on future trips to Kochi.
