The food wasn't worth the money, stale and tasteless, and the bathroom was unhygienic, with leaking taps and no proper hot water. The room was dirty, the bedsheets looked unchanged, and a persistent bad smell made it uncomfortable to stay there. When we asked for basic help, the staff seemed annoyed and didn't help. Service was practically nonexistent. The hotel was noisy and poorly maintained, and didn't match what was advertised online. This was one of my worst hotel stays. It wasted my time and money, and I'd strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.

The rooms at Hrisham Suites are neat, and room service is prompt. It's a cozy, affordable place for a few days in Cochin city, with easy access to Lulu Mall, the Airport, and the rest of the city. I have two suggestions: the bedsheets and bath towels look pale and yellowish, so they should be brightened, and the rooms need intercoms.

The rooms are clean, but the facilities are average. Standard rooms don't come with hot water or AC, and Deluxe rooms also don't provide AC. There is an AC unit in the room, but without remotes we couldn't use it.

The bathroom still had soap left by the previous guest, and although the bedsheets were folded, we found female hair strands on them. The room wasn't clean, and the AC didn't work properly. I had to climb up and open the wings to get cool air, since the swing wasn't working. I didn't find good quality food nearby. There are lots of North Indian shops around, and I didn't feel comfortable staying here. This was the worst hotel I've stayed in, and a terrible experience.
