OYO 23587 M-star Heritage Hotel P Ltd

The room was spacious and neat, which was the one good thing. But water wasn't complimentary, breakfast was pathetic, and when we came down at 8:30 the next morning it still wasn't ready. The only choices were dosa and uppamavu, and the counter staff didn't communicate proactively. At check-in there was just one staff member, so we had to wait while he took another guest to their room. The hotel was dim compared with the bright photos, and the hall smelled like a bar. We saw drunk people walking around as we entered, and there is a bar on the premises. It made a very bad first impression and isn't a good place for families. I definitely wouldn't recommend it for a family holiday.

My wife and I stayed on the second floor in a Double Saver (X) room. It had the amenities we needed, including AC and Wi-Fi, and the stay was quite pleasant. The main irritation was that reception usually didn't answer when I called from the room, so I had to go downstairs whenever I needed something. Otherwise, I had no complaints and would recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in Vytilla.

The hotel is in a quiet spot near Vytila Mobility Hub, with spacious, clean rooms and good service and housekeeping. It is run by OYO and works well for both business travellers and tourists.

This is my second visit. The room was clean and good, with plenty of space, and felt worth the money. Service and staff behavior were average, and so was the food, though breakfast in the morning was good.
