From 7 pm until 5 am there was no electricity in our room. When we reported it, the receptionist didn't take any action or arrange another room, and didn't seem bothered. The room was very dirty, and the drinking water they served in a jug was full of ants. We filed a complaint with the Oyo service number and got a refund for the full amount. The receptionist's behavior and service were terrible. I wouldn't recommend this room to anyone.
The parking was really bad, and there was no sense of safety staying here. The room was very dirty, and the receptionist was rude and didn't care about our complaints. The TV and AC weren't working either. I strongly wouldn't recommend booking this room for families or couples.
The bathroom had yellow water, the place smelled of smoke, and the hospitality was poor. I hated the experience and feel it could spoil a trip. I don't think the price is fair for what you get, since there are plenty of other options on Goibibo. Please avoid booking here, and be careful about booking any hotel through ixigo.
The staff were great and the room quality was superb. I was very satisfied with the AC, and the toilet was clean and tidy. There was also an HD dish TV. All good.
For this price, you can find better hotels. When I checked in, the room was in poor shape, the sheets were dirty, and the AC wasn't working properly. The receptionist's attitude was also very bad. After taking payment, he seemed not to care about me or my complaints, so I wouldn't recommend this OYO.
