Regenta Place Morni Hills, Panchkula

The reception interaction with Akash was disappointing. He came across as somewhat local and unprofessional, and I hope management works on how guests are handled at the front desk, where a warm welcome matters. Aside from that, our stay at Regenta Palace, Morni Hills was relaxing and comfortable. The rooms were clean, the food was quite good, and housekeeping and restaurant staff were courteous and helpful. The property's scenic location among the hills makes it a peaceful short getaway near Panchkula, and it has a lot of potential. Better professionalism at reception would improve the experience.

The restaurant team, especially Bunty Ji and Aman, looked after us well, and the food was excellent, though a little expensive. Staff throughout were quick, polite, and helpful. We stayed three nights in rooms 215 and 216 and had a pleasant time. The hotel is in a beautiful, offbeat spot, with a lovely view of Tikkar Taal Lake from the balcony rooms and convenient parking. The rooms, bathrooms, and especially the balconies are small. Power backup needs improvement because electricity cuts happen often here, and an automatic generator start would help. The TV and entertainment setup also need upgrading, since we had to call someone each time to get the TV working. A peaceful stay with good food and service, but some upgrades are needed.

The balcony gave us picturesque views of the surrounding hills and Tikkar Tal. Our room was very comfortable, with clean sheets, slippers, good furniture, and working AC, set to heating for us. The welcome with hot Kahwaa was a lovely start, and the evening high tea with crispy pandas was a bonus. The breakfast was generous, with lots of gourmet choices. Everything felt spacious and clean, and the courteous staff went out of their way to help. The restaurant manager and staff were especially gentle with guests. We rate Hotel Regenta Place Morni Hills 9/10 across the board.

Mr. Rowshan was a real professional. We'd like to come back for the excellent service. The room was nice and cosy, and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and ready to help with a smile. Their impeccable hospitality made our retreat very enjoyable. ❤
