We were glad at first to find somewhere to sleep for 500 rupees, but the stay felt dirty and gross. The other guests, or maybe the manager's friend, were always drunk. At check-in, the counter staff told us to come back after an hour and a half so they could prepare a room. We did, but nothing had been done, so we waited longer in the middle of the night. The room they were meant to prepare had trash everywhere, a strong stink, and dirty walls and sheets. Even after they said it was ready, the heavily used, smelly sheets were still there. We asked for clean sheets. The manager said they'd be changed, then later we were told he'd gone home and there were no clean sheets. The next evening he again said someone would bring fresh ones, but nobody came. The manager lied to our faces, left us waiting, and let us sleep in a dirty, stinky bed. It was a bad experience.
